Reservations

SpinRoom Reservation Policy

• Age Requirement: SpinRoom is a 21+ establishment. Valid ID is required for entry.
• Group Reservations: For parties of 5 or more, please email hello@spinroomphx.com to coordinate.
• Reservation Duration: All reservations are limited to a 90-minute seating time. Guests will be notified 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of their reservation.
• How to Book:SpinRoom does not accept reservations or changes over the phone. To book or make changes to an existing reservation, please email hello@spinroomphx.com.
• Same-Day Bookings: Reservations cannot be made once service begins at 5:00 p.m.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all reservations.
• After 15 minutes, your reservation is forfeited and may be seated on a first-come, first-served basis at the host’s discretion.
• Late arrivals may be added to a waitlist in person only and are not guaranteed the full 90-minute seating duration.

Cancellations & Fees:
• Reservations requiring a credit card to hold the table will be subject to an up-fee if not canceled or if guests do not show.
• Cancellations are not accepted after 5:00 p.m. once SpimRoom has opened for service. No-shows will be charged accordingly.

Walk-In & Waitlist Policy

Walk-In & Waitlist Policy
• Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability.
• Guests without a reservation may be added to our waitlist in person only by speaking directly with the host.
• All wait times are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Guests on the waitlist will receive a notification via our reservation system when their table is ready.
• Once notified, waitlist guests will have a 15-minute window to return for seating. After 15 minutes, the spot may be released to the next waiting
